These charts are my experience base, but I'm looking for alternate ways to present a software engineer's experience, so it is easier to find matches to positions.

I've spent enough time as a hiring manager to know how difficult it is to find a match based on resumes and short interviews.  The software engineering community should establish some standard methods for experience visualization.  Comments are welcome.
